Lao Tzu, Where Are You? #8

Before, during, and after being at ACRE in 2010 I read a page from the Tao Te Ching every morning and painted a response to the reading. Supposedly authored by Lao Tzu, there is doubt as to whether "the sage" actually existed. Each drawing has a segment of the reading written on it. Wading my way through interpretations of interpretations of translations, visually seemed the only way to respond.
