The viewer will first encounter the large flower-like conical object. After the viewer turns around the corner, they will realize there are two different ‘creatures’ that are competing to reach the top of a ladder. The first creature that is pulling the conical object is wrapping around the column at the corner and trying to reach the top of the ladder from one side. The second yellow creature is carrying a spongy weight with one hand and trying to reach at the top as well. Although the cubed spongy weight looks very light, it gives a lot of tension onto the ‘arm’ of the yellow creature. This is because the weight is actually concrete covered in foam. There is a stamen looking weapon inside of the flower-like conical object that aims at sculptures of other artists in the hallway.
